This Garden Coaching Waiver and Release of Liability (“Agreement”) is entered into between Wild Twin Gardens, LLC (“Coach”) and the undersigned client (“Client”) in connection with participation in garden coaching sessions, consultations, demonstrations, or related services (“Services”). By signing this Agreement, the Client acknowledges and accepts that gardening and related outdoor activities may involve certain inherent risks, including but not limited to the use of tools or equipment that could cause injury, exposure to insects or allergens, uneven terrain, slips or falls, weather-related conditions, and physical exertion. The Client understands that these activities may pose a risk of personal injury or property damage and voluntarily assumes all such risks, whether known or unknown.

 

The Client hereby releases, waives, and discharges the Coach, including its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates, from any and all claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising out of or connected with participation in the Services. This includes any injury, illness, or property damage that may occur during or after a session, as well as any loss or injury that may result from the Client’s implementation of advice or recommendations provided by the Coach.

 

The Client agrees to act responsibly and use caution during all sessions, to follow safety instructions, and to seek medical advice if necessary before participating in any physical activity. The Client acknowledges that they are solely responsible for their own actions, safety, and health in connection with any gardening activities discussed or demonstrated by the Coach. The Client further understands that the Coach makes no guarantees or warranties—expressed or implied—regarding the outcome of gardening results, plant performance, or landscape conditions resulting from the Services.

 

By signing, the Client acknowledges that they have read and fully understand this Agreement, that they are of sound mind and legal age to consent, and that they voluntarily accept and agree to all of its terms.
